Statement of purpose

We seek to be an incubator that equips and champions individuals to become difference makers in their sphere of influence through personal leadership development, mentorship and discipleship.

In order to facilitate the process of becoming difference makers, we need to within our growing and deepening understanding of the Bible story:

Proactively facilitate ongoing formative discipleship processes that-:

Equip: Do you feel you have the counsel of competent leaders who can resource and prepare you to be and to do what you were created and designed for?

Empower: Do you feel you always feel you have the authority, space and support needed to execute and carry-out responsibilities entrusted to you?

Transform: What are some of the guiding principles that have defined or are defining who you are and who you are becoming?

Inspire: In what ways do you think your life generates a sense of meaning, value and significance in the life of others?

Champion: Do you experience you are a "flag-bearer" of values and practices of God's kingdom, one who stands firm in faith, even when the going gets tough?

Influence: Does the way you conduct your life invite others to willingly choose to follow and submit to you?

Engage: How does your life testify when faced or relating to things, situations and people that you know are difficult, but necessary because they will ultimately in the end advance you?

Our High Five Questions?

If you’re a Christian it’s important to understand that the only way you can adequately answer the question, “who am l?” which is the question of “IDENTITY” has to be based on God's definition of you. You’re a human being created in his image and likeness. You’re an embodied spirit being.

Therefore, you will always be confused if you seek to understand your “HERITAGE” apart from the source you came from which is non other than the triune God.

As it pertains to why you exist which is your “PURPOSE.” Know that the only adequate answer is non other than “IMAGING GOD.” This is the reason why you exist.

Once you’re established and your mind is set on these truths; The next question you should begin to wrestle with is “what can l do?”

This is your question of “POTENTIAL.”This is the unique way in which you are meant to be imaging God? This question is about your gifts, talents and skills? The response to this question is different and unique for each individual and the fruit of your potential only begins to manifests as you avail yourself by being the gift you were created to be.

Choose to live your life as you’re known by your creator God.
