On these nights we seek to explore and grow our understanding of the:

• Our identity, roles and calling

• Our witness in the world 

• And how we can make a difference   

Everything and everybody has a story, whether it be a civilisation, nation, city, family or an individual. Stories are one of the basic modes of human life. It takes more than a collection of individual knowledge and facts to make a meaningful story. Whether individually, or as a group, we can only find meaningful significance and purpose within the context of the overall story of which we are but a small part.

 Our thoughts, words, and actions individually and corporately, can only be rightly understood as “enacted narratives.” So, the reality of who you are as a person  must be considered within that context. 

The way we understand human life depends on what conception we have of the human story. What is the real story of which your life story is part?”  The relevant question that must be asked if we are to rightly understand anything is, "what is its story?"

 

And my question to you is, "what is your story?
