Hello, my name is Ema,

Meeting up with Elisha and Vimbai had been helping me in my spiritual growth. What I found most interesting is the realization that I know things about Christianity and faith theoretically but didn't fully understand what they meant and that's why I couldn’t explain it well to other people. The different topics we talked about have helped changed my perspective a bit.

I also like that Elisha makes the correlation with my study and how I can use my faith in my job to reach other people but also in life in general.

Also, he is welcoming and makes simpler analogies from real life that makes things easier to understand

Hello, my name is Michael,

I met Elisha and Vimbai in 2021, during a really dark time in my life. Although I had been raised as a Christian, I had drifted far from God and was living for the world. Eventually, that lifestyle left me so empty and desperate that I prayed, “God, if You are real, show me what to do.”

That very day, I met Elisha and Vimbai. Their appearance in my life felt like a direct answer to that prayer. They helped me see clearly for the first time in a long while. With their guidance, I found the courage to take the first step in the right direction—ending the relationship I was in at the time. That decision became the beginning of my journey back to God.

Since then, Elisha and Vimbai have continued to walk alongside me. I began meeting with Elisha regularly, and his guidance has steadily helped me navigate challenges and grow deeper in my faith. What I appreciate most about Elisha is the way he truly listens. He takes the time to understand what you are facing, asking thoughtful—and sometimes challenging—questions that get to the heart of the issue. He offers a solid mental framework to understand my experience while also providing practical steps to move forward.

Elisha encourages me to think for myself, to assess situations critically, and to take responsibility for my life. In many ways, he has empowered me to live more fully in my identity as an image bearer of God. His approach feels like someone standing beside you—fully present in your world—and then gently guiding you forward. He offers insight, but also equips you to start navigating life with confidence on your own. He knows the right questions to ask, and he explains things in ways that make sense.

One of the most meaningful parts of our conversations is how he engages with Scripture. The way he approaches the Bible story—inviting you into it—makes it come alive. It becomes personal, exciting, and deeply meaningful.

I am so grateful for everything Elisha and Vimbai have done and continue to do for me. They have a special gift for guiding and encouraging others, and I believe they will be a blessing to many more people, just as they have been to me.

Hi, my name is Frank,

As someone who is still exploring my relationship with faith, my experiences within the group have been more positive and meaningful than I expected. In the beginning, I joined the sessions where we met as a group to discuss the challenges young people face. These conversations created a space where we could openly reflect, exchange perspectives, and support one another in finding ways to improve our lives. The atmosphere was welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely focused on personal growth.

Over time, this evolved into one-on-one sessions with Elisha, where I can bring anything to the table. Through his life experience and the wisdom he draws from his relationship with God, he guides me in thinking differently and finding my own answers. Our conversations encourage me to reflect deeply, gain clarity, and shape my life in a more intentional way. Even though I’m still discovering what faith means to me, his guidance helps me grow as a person, and I truly appreciate the openness and respect that define our interaction

Hello! My name is Dani,

Beginning this year my friend and I sat down with Elisha and Vimbai for lunch for the first time. This became a recurring event. From the moment I met them I have experienced an overwhelming amount of hospitality, meaningful conversations, and encouragement in my faith. Elisha has supported me and talked me through many of my questions regarding my beliefs.

He also shared a devotional that he developed. At the beginning of this devotion is a “tension examen, ”category where I was able to write down my strengths, weaknesses, limits, and see where they intersect. This exercise helped me visualize what I was feeling in my life at that moment and has allowed me to understand myself more deeply.

Another highlight of this devotional technique is the Bible verses chosen for each week. It is designed in a way that makes reading Scripture enjoyable and part of daily life— something I wish more people could experience.
